The R-M20 ring roller is specifically designed for tight, compact roll formation to shape small diameter materials and roll coils seamlessly. It operates on 220-volt 3-phase power and features two driven rolls, with a maximum capacity of 1/2" schedule 40 pipe and 1" round tube. The adjustable lateral guides allow for bending to various coil widths, while convenient foot pedals facilitate control of forward and reverse roll directions. An easy-to-read digital display indicates the top roll position, enhancing bend repeatability, and an emergency stop ensures safety during operation. Constructed with a rugged steel frame and equipped with hardened, ground, and polished steel shafts, the R-M20 guarantees accuracy and durability.
