The USA-made power bead roller offers a robust and reliable solution for heavy production cycles, featuring a 36" throat that easily handles car roofs and hoods. It has a maximum capacity for 16 gauge mild steel and is powered by a 1/2 HP motor that operates on 110-volt power. The variable-speed pedal allows for precise speed control, while the option to set a fixed speed for the rolls enhances usability. For accuracy, a material stop is adjustable on a large slide with a quick-release handle, ensuring perfectly straight beads. The forming depth can be conveniently adjusted using a handwheel located above the working area. The quick-release top die operates without altering the forming depth, enabling users to begin or conclude a design in the middle of a panel without concerns about depth accuracy. Additionally, the bottom die can slide in or out to create offsets for a custom profile, a feature not commonly found in other bead rollers. This kit comes standard with popular 1/4" round bead set and 1/16" step roll set.
