Product Details
This hydraulic press brake is designed for ease of use and efficiency, featuring encoder-controlled bend depth and back gauge positions displayed on separate Digital Readouts (DROS). It boasts a heavy steel frame for reliable production, and its powerful hydraulic system operates in three modes: jog mode for setup, manual mode for precise control during descent and return, and automatic mode for full production. The dual encoder-controlled hydraulic cylinders facilitate the movement of the top beam, while the digital readout provides the position of the downward stroke, allowing for meticulous adjustments to ensure accurate bends. Users can easily modify the top beam pressure and stroke position in seconds, and a timer can be set for bend delay to maintain the shape of the bend. The machine is equipped with two hand wheels for adjusting the beam and back gauge positions, a foot pedal for hands-free operation, and a motorized back gauge mounted on a solid ball screw trolley mechanism, with its position displayed on an independent DRO. A parallel mechanism on the beam synchronizes the top and bottom dies, ensuring superior bend quality across the entire width. The press brake features a robust 2,640-pound construction that supports hydraulic pressure, preventing any deformation under full capacity. The upper beam moves on a hardened, stabilizing track, supported by three axes of bearings to maintain accuracy throughout the stroke. It includes a set of hardened single-vee American tooling and is compatible with standard press brake tooling. The machine's rigid structure, made of heavy electro-welded solid plate steel, ensures low maintenance and durability for many years of reliable performance.
