The hydraulic rotary draw bender is designed to enhance productivity by simplifying the bending process with its user-friendly features. It requires only 110-volt, single-phase power for convenient plug-in operation. This machine can handle a maximum capacity of 2-1/2" OD tubing, 2" OD chrome alloy, 2" square tubing, and 2" Schedule 40 pipe, with a maximum centerline of 8", depending on the material's outer diameter. It is capable of bending up to 200°, enabling true 180° bends without the need to re-pin the die set, and reaches 180° in just four complete pushes. The built-in anti-spring back mechanism allows the hydraulic cylinder to retract without losing its position in the bend. The kit includes lifetime technical support, and all capacities are based on A53 Grade A (mild steel) 48,000 PSI tensile materials, with the note that heavy wall and high tensile materials may reduce machine capacity; consultation with Baileigh Industrial is recommended to review material specifications. The product is covered by a 1-year parts warranty.
