This electric bead roller features a maximum capacity of 16 gauge mild steel and a 36" throat depth, allowing you to reach the center of 72" pieces. It is equipped with foot pedal controls for variable speed, enabling you to adjust the pressure for faster work or slower rolls for detailed patterns, and you can lock the rolls at a constant speed if desired. The integrated adjustable depth stop simplifies the process of creating and repeating perfectly straight beads, while the quick-release die ensures consistent forming depth regardless of operation. You can easily begin or end a design in the middle of a panel without concern for depth settings. The forming depth can be adjusted with an accessible handwheel located just above the working area, and the bottom die can slide in or out, allowing custom profile creation from standard dies. The kit includes a 1/4" round bead die set and a 1/16" step roll set, providing a comprehensive solution for all your metalworking needs.
