Made of rigid steel, this American-made bead roller combines excellent features in one package. It includes a quick-release top die for easy opening and closing without altering depth pressure, adjustable shaft, variable-speed pedal for precise control, and depth stops for consistent and repeatable beads. The heavy steel frame ensures accuracy and prevents flex, making it a reliable tool for years. The bead roller has a maximum capacity of 16 gauge mild steel with a 36" throat depth, enabling work on large panels. It is powered by an industrial 0.5 HP motor that operates on 110-volt power, allowing it to be plugged into any household outlet. Both rolls are driven with a chain drive on the top roll to prevent slippage. The variable-speed foot pedal allows for slowing down the feed rate for more delicate work, and the RPM of the rolls can be adjusted in real time using a dial or locked at a constant speed. Additionally, the rollers can run forward or in reverse, facilitating pattern adjustments as needed. The left- and right-hand controls are identical on both sides of the machine, and forming depth can be adjusted using a hand wheel located just above the working area, allowing for designs to start or end in the middle of a panel without concerns about depth accuracy.
