The AP-1 Arbor Press has a capacity of 1 ton and features a 4" throat opening, accommodating materials up to 5" high. It includes a solid, case-hardened square 1" ram that ensures precise presses consistently. The press is designed with a slideway that allows for easy adjustment of tension and gap. A machined 4-position die plate, positioned perpendicular to the ram, provides secure workpiece placement. The bottom die plate features the appropriate openings to facilitate the use of most broaches. Constructed with a rigid cast-iron frame, the press avoids flexing, thereby maintaining accuracy during operation. Additionally, it can be easily mounted to a bench or pedestal.
