The 48" back gauge is designed to enhance productivity on repeatable cuts by offering an adjustable stop for the flat bar shear and angle shear workstations of the 40 ton Edwards Ironworker. It includes a positive stop attachment that affixes to the back of the Ironworker, ensuring precise shearing. The back gauge features an induction hardened construction for improved strength, is tooth matched at the weld to prevent blade ticking, and is complemented by a Greenwood blade that performs efficiently when cutting moist wood.
