It features a two-speed motor that allows materials to be moved quickly and precisely, with a lifting speed of up to 33 feet per minute and as low as 3 feet per minute. The hoist incorporates a two-in-one mechanical brake and overload protection system that ensures operator safety and enhances product longevity. A patented gear limit switch provides precise control over the stopping points in both directions, preventing potential damage to the unit. The DC motor brake activates instantly during a power failure, further ensuring safety for the operator. This hoist is available in capacities ranging from 1/2 ton to 5 tons and is built with an IP55 TEFC motor featuring class F insulation for operation in harsh conditions. The five-pocket chain sprocket reduces vibration, ensures smoother operation, and minimizes chain wear during extended lifting or lowering tasks.
