The hoist includes a two-in-one mechanical brake and overload protection system, which enhances operator safety and extends product life, while a patented gear limit switch provides precise control of the stopping point in both lifting and lowering directions, preventing damage to the unit. Additionally, the DC motor brake actuates instantly in the event of a power failure, ensuring safety. The unit is equipped with an IP55 TEFC motor with Class F insulation suitable for harsh conditions, and a five-pocket chain sprocket that minimizes vibration and wear during operation. The pendant control is IP65 rated, waterproof, insulated, and impact resistant, ensuring durability for long-term use.
