The Jet® TS Series electric hoist is engineered for safety, durability, and efficient operation in demanding industrial environments. This hoist is equipped with a two-speed motor that allows for lifting speeds up to 33 feet per minute, and as low as 3 feet per minute, enabling precise material placement. It features a two-in-one mechanical brake and overload protection system to ensure maximum safety on the jobsite, with the DC motor brake engaging instantly during a power failure. The hoist is constructed with an IP55 TEFC motor featuring Class F insulation for operation in harsh settings, and its five-pocket chain sprocket design minimizes vibration, enhances smooth operation, and reduces wear during prolonged use. The pendant control is IP65 rated, making it fully waterproof, insulated, and impact resistant for longevity. Furthermore, built-in heat protection prevents lifting if internal temperatures exceed 285°F (+/- 40°), enhancing the hoist's reliability. The TS Series is available in capacities ranging from 1/2 ton to 5 tons, making it suitable for a variety of lifting applications.
