The Jet® TS Series electric hoist is engineered for safety, durability, and efficient operation in demanding industrial environments. It features a two-speed motor that allows for material handling at speeds up to 33 feet per minute and as low as 3 feet per minute, enabling precise placement of loads. The hoist is equipped with a two-in-one mechanical brake and overload protection system that enhances operator safety and extends the product's lifespan. A patented gear limit switch provides precise control over the stopping point in both directions, minimizing the risk of damage to the unit. The DC motor brake actuates instantly in case of power failure, contributing to operator safety. Further enhancing its performance, the hoist includes an IP55 TEFC motor with Class F insulation for resilience in harsh conditions, and a 5 pocket chain sprocket that reduces vibration and chain wear during operation. The pendant control is IP65 rated, making it fully waterproof, insulated, and impact-resistant for extended service life. The TS Series is available in capacities ranging from 1/2 ton to 5 tons.
