3M™ 2525 flatback tape is designed for holding, splicing, or masking applications that require high adhesion strength, high temperature capability, and high backing strength. This tape features moisture resistance and high visibility, although it is not recommended for outdoor applications or prolonged exposure to sunlight, as it may become difficult to remove. It can withstand temperatures up to 300° F for 1 hour and is made of orange flatback paper with a rubber adhesive.
