3M™ 2525 flatback tape is designed for holding, splicing, or masking applications that require high adhesion strength, high temperature capability, and strong backing. It features moisture resistance and high visibility, making it suitable for various indoor applications. The tape can withstand temperatures up to 300°F for 1 hour and is constructed from orange flatback paper with a rubber adhesive. However, it is not recommended for outdoor applications or extended periods of sunlight exposure, as the tape may be challenging to remove after such exposure.
