3M™ 2525 flatback tape is designed for holding, splicing, or masking applications that necessitate high adhesion strength, high temperature capability, and high backing strength. This tape features moisture resistance and high visibility, although it is not recommended for outdoor use or prolonged exposure to sunlight, as it may become difficult to remove. It can withstand temperatures up to 300°F for one hour and is made from orange flatback paper with a rubber adhesive.
