3M™ 2525 flatback tape is designed for holding, splicing, or masking applications that require high adhesion strength, high temperature capability, and high backing strength. This tape features moisture resistance and high visibility, though it is not recommended for outdoor use or exposure to prolonged periods of sunlight, as the tape may become very difficult to remove. It can withstand temperatures of up to 300° F for 1 hour and is constructed from orange flatback paper with a rubber adhesive.
