The guard booth ships fully assembled and ready for use, including several technical features for enhanced functionality. The booth comes equipped with outlets, LED lights, and a light switch, all wired in surface-mounted rigid conduit and connected to a load center, with specifications detailing quantities and locations for individual models. A through-the-wall HVAC unit is provided, along with a factory-framed wall opening for easy on-site installation. Each unit boasts full perimeter glazing that incorporates a combination of horizontal sliding and fixed windows, utilizing clear tempered safety glass. Sliding doors facilitate easy access without obstructing oncoming traffic, with doors measuring 1-3/4" thick and featuring a top-suspended heavy-duty track assembly. Additionally, a high-security laminated hook bolt is included, along with a master key option. The booth is constructed with a clear anodized aluminum framework, while the exterior wall surfaces consist of a gel-coated (UV resistant) gray fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) laminated to moisture-resistant oriented strandboard (OSB). The interior features a solid insulating core rated at R-10, finished with gray, vinyl-covered hardboard. This maintenance-free design is resistant to rust, even in harsh weather conditions.
