The GDS-C92-FWF is an effective descaling solution designed for mid-range equipment such as shell tube heat exchangers and high-efficiency package boilers. This system incorporates flow reversal valves to eliminate the need for hose swaps during operation, features a heavy-duty 15-gallon polyethylene tank with ventilation to accommodate foam and off-gassing, and includes a freshwater flush feature with additional ports for a freshwater inlet and a dump outlet. The innovative flow reversal valve enhances the descaling process by allowing foam and gas to discharge into the tank, thus speeding up scale removal. Each unit is self-priming and securely contains chemicals within its integral tank for user safety and convenience. The GDS-C92-FWF operates at a flow rate of 21 gallons per minute (GPM) and is suitable for small to medium boilers, chillers, and heat exchangers. The system comes complete with the GDS-C92-FWF scale removal unit, multiple fittings, two 10-foot circulation hoses, one dump hose, and one water inlet.
