The IdealArc® 250 is a robust stick welding power source from Lincoln Electric, delivering up to 300 amps of AC welding strength and 250 amps of DC welding performance. It features outstanding arc stability and a built-in stabilizer, which provide popout-resistant welding with all AC electrodes. This machine offers a versatile welding range from 0 to 300 amps AC and 0 to 250 amps DC, making it suitable for use with various electrode types, including low hydrogen, stainless steel, hardfacing, aluminum, and bronze. The welder is designed for easy set-up and operation, featuring a full range continuous current control dial with a current indicator to ensure precise heat for each job. Additionally, the machine allows for polarity changes with a simple twist of the wrist, accommodating AC, DC+, or DC- settings. Its stackable case design enables machines to be stacked three high, optimizing floor space usage, while the fan-cooled system provides extra thermal protection. The kit includes one IdealArc® 250 stick welder.
