The Viking® 3250D FGS® powered air purifying respirator is a NIOSH 42 CFR Part 84 approved loose fitting positive pressure respirator designed to purify ambient air from the shop and deliver filtered, breathable air to the operator. Key features include an intelligent blower system with a HEPA filter that provides 99.97% particulate filtration at 0.3 microns, an integrated grind shield and side windows that enhance field of view, and an extra-large 12.5 square inch auto-darkening lens featuring exclusive 4C® lens technology for improved optical clarity and color detection. The 4C® lens technology broadens the visible color range and reduces distortion, achieving a perfect optical clarity rating of 1/1/1/1. The respirator's digital control type enables automatic speed adjustments, complemented by an LED display as well as audible and vibratory alerts. Comfort is prioritized with a 4-axis adjustable headgear that evenly distributes weight, while the integrated clear grind shield and shade 5 side windows further expand the operator's field of view. The respiratory protection assigned protection factor is 25 APF, with a viewing area measuring 2-15/16" x 4-1/4" (75 x 108 mm) and advanced pivot headgear type for enhanced usability.
