The Tomahawk® 1000 Plasma Cutting System is designed for plasma cutting and gouging a variety of materials including mild steel, brass, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum, making it suitable for both jobsite and production environments with the capacity to cut materials up to one inch thick. It incorporates PowerConnect® technology, which automatically senses and adjusts to input power ranging from 200 to 600 volts, single or three-phase, at 50 or 60 hertz while maintaining a constant cutting output. This system features continuous output control for adjusting the arc to different material thicknesses, reliable touch start for plasma arc initiation without high frequency, and a front panel purge control for easy air flow rate adjustment. Enhanced with a Parts-in-Place™ safety system to ensure correct installation of consumables and torch, the Tomahawk® 1000 can be powered by a Lincoln Electric Ranger® or Vantage® for remote operations. An optional machine torch is available for use on CNC plasma cutting tables. The kit includes the Tomahawk® 1000 Plasma Cutter, K2848-1 LC65 Hand Torch with a 25 ft cable, three K2844-1 Electrode 60A, three KP2844-4 Nozzle 60A, two KP2844-14 Swirl Ring, one KP2844-9 Retaining Cap, one KP2843-10 Drag Spacer, one Air Regulator and Pressure Gauge, one Internal Water Separator, one Work Clamp and Cable, and one Input Power Cord. The product is compliant with relevant safety and performance standards and is built to deliver a cool operation with a long consumable life due to its innovative electrode and nozzle design.
