The kit is designed for use with thermal transfer labels on Zebra, Sato, or Datamax brand printers and includes Datamax thermal transfer ribbons with a wax formula in a size of 2-3/8" x 1181', packaged with 36 ribbons per case. It features a Printhead Saver® and anti-static back coating that extends the life of thermal printheads. The ribbon's performance characteristics allow for printing at lower temperatures and faster speeds, which results in reduced printhead costs and lower overall energy usage. It delivers dark, high-definition prints of rotated and non-rotated barcodes, text, logos, and symbols, is durable and smudge resistant, and is highly sensitive, enabling lower print temperatures while printing at speeds of up to 12 IPS. The printer type compatible with this ribbon is Datamax.
