Valley Craft's® single-sided heavy duty A-frame cart is designed for mobile and customizable solutions suited for various workstations and storage areas. Constructed from heavy duty 12 gauge fully welded steel, the cart measures 38"W x 30"D x 63"H and supports a robust weight capacity of 2,500 lbs. It features (4) 5" phenolic casters, including (2) rigid and (2) locking swivel, facilitating easy maneuverability. Included with the cart are (6) trays with a front lip measuring 1.5"H, which can be installed at any height to optimize workflow efficiency. Accessory options for enhanced supply organization include additional trays, tray dividers, hanger bars, spindles, and bins, with tray choices available in standard (9"D) or large (15"D), both offered with a flush or lipped front (1.5" or 3"H). The flush tray fronts facilitate loading and unloading larger items, while the lipped fronts assist in containing smaller parts. Tray dividers and bins can be added to organize smaller items within a single tray effectively. Hanger bars paired with spindles enhance the organization of spools or other hanging items. This cart is suitable for 5S and other workplace initiatives, featuring a durable powder coat paint finish in gray that ensures longevity.
