Valley Craft's® 48 x 30" security cart is designed for the secure transportation and storage of supplies, products, and valuables, constructed from heavy-duty 12 gauge steel for optimal security. This cart has a load capacity of 2,000 lbs. and is equipped with (4) large 8" non-marking rubber casters (2 rigid, 2 locking swivel) for easy maneuverability. It features a full width ergonomic handle that extends 3" for convenient push/pull operation and includes welded steel wire grid panels (2 x 2") for visibility and ventilation while ensuring enclosed security. The cart utilizes a flush mount access T-handle (keyed) that saves space when stored side by side and features a 3-point steel locking system securing the dual hinged easy-swing doors. The overall dimensions of the cart are 51"l x 30"w x 66"h. Accessory options (sold separately) enhance the cart’s functionality and include shelves, hitch systems, fork pockets, additional handles, and electronic locks. Each shelf is made of heavy 14 gauge steel with a 250 lb. capacity, adjustable at 2" increments. Hitch systems allow the connection of multiple carts to minimize trips, while fork pockets can be installed using predrilled holes on the underside. The cart comes with (1) removable handle, and the option to add (1) additional handle on the opposite side. The security cart features a durable powder coat paint finish in a premium gray color that supports organization and 5S initiatives.
