Valley Craft's® 48 x 30" security cart is constructed from heavy-duty 12 gauge steel, providing optimal security for transporting and storing supplies, products, and valuables, with a load capacity of 2,000 lbs. The cart is designed for easy maneuverability on four large 8" non-marking rubber casters (two rigid and two locking swivel) and features a full-width ergonomic handle that extends 3" for convenient push/pull operation. With welded steel wire grid panels (2 x 2") for visibility and ventilation while maintaining security, the cart utilizes a flush mount access T-handle (keyed) to save space when stored side by side, avoiding clumsy extended handles that can snag in narrow spaces. The cart's dimensions are 51" L x 30" W x 66" H overall, and it is equipped with a 3-point steel locking system securing the dual hinged easy-swing doors. Optional accessories include shelves, hitch systems, fork pockets, additional handles, and electronic locks, with each shelf made of heavy 14 gauge steel, adjustable in 2" increments, and supporting a weight capacity of 250 lbs. Hitch systems facilitate the connection of multiple carts, while fork pockets can be easily bolted to the underside using predrilled holes from the length sides. Each cart includes one removable handle, with the option to add an additional handle on the opposite side. The premium powder coat paint finish enhances durability and is available in a blue color, aiding in workflow organization and supporting 5S initiatives.
