Valley Craft's 48 x 24" security cart is constructed from heavy-duty 12 gauge steel, providing optimal security for transporting and storing a variety of supplies and valuables. The cart has a load capacity of 2,000 lbs. and is designed for easy maneuverability on four large 8" non-marking rubber casters (two rigid and two locking swivel). It features a full-width ergonomic handle that extends 3" for convenient push/pull operation, and welded steel wire grid panels (2 x 2") offer visibility and ventilation while ensuring enclosed security. The cart includes two adjustable shelves that can be positioned in 2" increments. A flush mount access T-handle with a keyed locking mechanism is used, which saves space when carts are stored side by side and prevents snagging in doorways or narrow workspaces. The flush T-handle lock is equipped with a 3-point steel locking system that secures the dual-hinged easy-swing doors. The overall dimensions of the security cart are 51" L x 24" W x 66" H, optimized for both storage and handling. Optional accessories, sold separately, include additional shelves, hitch systems for connecting multiple carts, fork pockets for bolting to the underside, and electronic locks to enhance functionality. Each optional shelf is made of heavy 14 gauge steel with a 250 lb. capacity. Additionally, one removable handle is included, with the option to add another to the opposite side for ease of use. The security cart features a durable powder coat paint finish in a premium gray color, enhancing organization while ensuring longevity.
