Valley Craft's 48 x 24" security cart is designed for the secure transportation and storage of supplies, products, and valuables. Constructed from heavy-duty 12 gauge steel, it offers a load capacity of 2,000 lbs and features (4) large 8" non-marking rubber casters (2 rigid, 2 locking swivel) for easy maneuverability. A full-width ergonomic handle extends 3" for convenient push/pull operation. The cart includes (2) adjustable shelves that can be positioned in 2" increments, while welded steel wire grid panels (2 x 2") provide visibility and ventilation with enclosed security. The flush mount access T-handle (keyed) enhances storage efficiency by saving space when carts are stored side by side, and the 3-point steel locking system secures the dual hinged easy-swing doors. Overall dimensions are 51" L x 24" W x 66" H. Optional accessory options, sold separately, include additional shelves, hitch systems, fork pockets, and electronic locks. Each shelf is made of heavy 14 gauge steel with a 250 lb capacity. The hitch systems allow for hooking multiple carts together, reducing trips or personnel needed. Fork pockets can be bolted to the underside of the cart, utilizing predrilled holes. The cart includes one removable handle, with an option to add a second handle on the opposite side for versatile handling. The security cart features a durable powder coat paint finish in premium blue, which aids in organization.
