Valley Craft's® steel 4-wheel pneumatic pallet truck features (2) 13 3/4" forks and is designed for compatibility with or without Valley Craft® plastic mini-pallets. The 4-wheel design enhances the operator's control and maneuverability while minimizing fatigue. It includes a deep frame that provides an additional 6" height of capacity and 19" skid rails to protect operators from heavy loads falling back. This heavy-duty hand truck has a 1,000 lb. load capacity and is equipped with rubber grip twin handles for easy maneuvering. Built-in oversized fenders increase stability and protect loads during transport. The robust 14 gauge steel frame ensures durability in rigorous environments. The truck is fitted with (2) 12" front pneumatic wheels and (2) 8" rear casters, making it easy to handle heavy loads and navigate various terrains. The 1" steel axles are fully enclosed in protective housing with sealed bearings to enhance durability and function. A foot-operated trip spring allows the forks to fold up or down for improved handling and convenient storage, taking up less space when not in use. When the forks are folded down, it facilitates easy pushing of the hand truck with the forks ready to slide under pallets. Once the pallet is loaded, the operator can tilt the hand truck to lock the forks in place and lean back to begin transporting. The pallet trucks are fully welded and constructed from heavy gauge steel with a premium powder coat finish in green. Products are shipped fully assembled and are made in the U.S.A.
