Valley Craft's® fully powered drum forklift attachment, Versa Grip, provides an efficient and ergonomic solution for handling drums by utilizing power. This versatile tool is compatible with all drum styles, including steel, plastic, and fiber, accommodating sizes from 30 to 85 gallons with a diameter of 18 to 28 inches, and supports a load capacity of 2,000 lbs. It features hydraulic actuated jaws along with an adjustable pressure gauge to ensure the drum is secured without damage. The unit's variable speed control enhances operational safety, while the clamp and forward tilt allow tilting of drums up to 120° for dumping or storage. Available in both self-powered and forklift-powered options, self-powered units include (2) 12V rechargeable batteries, a battery gauge, and a built-in charger compatible with any standard outlet. Forklift-powered units come equipped with auxiliary lines and quick-connect couplers for easy connection to the forklift, operating through convenient forklift controls without the need for recharging. The construction consists of heavy gauge steel with a premium powder coat paint finish in green, ensuring durability. All products are shipped fully assembled and ready to use, and they are made in the U.S.A. The Versa Grip also aids in OSHA compliance and supports lean initiatives within facilities handling drums.
