The Reed R9510 is a digital handheld refractometer designed to measure the concentration percentage from 0 to 55% Brix in various liquids such as juices, drinks, soups, sauces, and jams. It provides quick and accurate % Brix measurements of dissolved sucrose using only 2-3 drops of liquid, with a rapid three-second response time. The dual LCD display shows both % Brix and temperature simultaneously, and the device features built-in automatic temperature compensation (ATC) and single zero calibration. Ergonomically designed for one-handed operation, the refractometer includes a sapphire prism with an abrasion and corrosion-resistant coating, a rechargeable Li-Ion battery, and is housed in an IP54-rated casing for protection against dust and moisture. The accuracy of the measurements is ±0.2% for Brix and ±1°C for temperature. Included in the package are the digital refractometer, a USB cable, a cleaning cloth, and a solution/sample applicator.
