Valley Craft's® powered pallet hand trucks are designed for safety and efficiency in material handling, featuring an 800 lb. capacity and a four-wheel design that ensures load balance. The hand truck is equipped with a hand brake for enhanced control during operation in tight spaces and on uneven surfaces. It utilizes a premium 24V DC differential drive motor with variable speed control, allowing operation speeds of up to 2.5 mph via a twist throttle handle. The unit is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery, with a digital monitoring system for easy management, and can be recharged using any standard outlet and extension cord. Constructed from heavy-duty 14-gauge steel with continuous solid welds, the hand truck offers superior durability. Ergonomic features include rubber grip twin handles and a full loop handle for easy maneuverability. The hand truck rolls on a choice of either pneumatic wheels, which consist of (2) 12" front pneumatic wheels, and (2) 8" rear rubber wheels, or solid rubber wheels. It has 1" steel axles enclosed in protective housing with sealed bearings to enhance durability and longevity. A foot-operated trip spring allows the forks to fold up or down for improved handling and storage convenience. When folded up, it occupies less space, making it ideal for storage against walls or in delivery trucks, while the downward position allows easy engagement with pallets. Once a pallet is positioned on the forks, the operator can secure it by tilting the hand truck to lock the forks in place, facilitating smooth transport.
