Valley Craft's® single-sided heavy duty A-frame cart is designed for mobile and customizable solutions across various workstations and storage areas. Constructed from robust 12 gauge fully welded steel, the cart measures 38" L x 25" W x 63" H and supports a capacity of 1,500 lb., allowing for efficient storage and handling. It features four 5" phenolic casters, including two rigid and two locking swivel casters for easy maneuverability. The cart comes pre-configured with four large trays that can be installed at any height to enhance workflow efficiency. Accessory options available to improve supply organization include additional trays, tray dividers, hanger bars, spindles, and bins. Tray options consist of standard (9" D) or large (15" D) sizes, with choices for either standard (flush) or lipped (1-1/2 or 3" H) front designs. The standard tray fronts facilitate the loading and unloading of larger items, while the lipped fronts effectively contain smaller parts. Additionally, tray dividers and bins can organize smaller components within a single tray, and hanger bars with spindles offer a method for organizing spools of material or other hanging items. The heavy-duty A-frame cart, featuring a powder coat paint finish in gray, is built for durability and aesthetics, suitable for various workplace initiatives, including 5S practices.
