Valley Craft's® box dumper features a 230V, 36 x 36" chute with a 2,000 lb. capacity and a dump height of 36". It is designed to efficiently dump material while reducing employee fatigue and injury, accommodating a variety of containers such as Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons with sizes up to 36"W x 36"D. The system includes a spring-loaded hold down bar for securing containers ranging from 30" to 56" in height, adjustable in 2" increments. The heavy-duty construction is made of 7 gauge steel, ensuring durability for rigorous use. Safety is enhanced by bolting the unit to the floor with predrilled mounting holes and using a hand-held corded pendant control (20' pigtailed) with a magnetic back, which can be installed on either side of the unit. The pendant operates the powered dump cycle in less than 30 seconds and features a gravity return. Safety decals along the chute increase awareness for operators and bystanders, and users can stop and start the dump process at any point. The premium single flow hydraulic control valve system provides smooth operation while balancing load and strain on the cylinders. Loading containers is easy, whether manually or with a standard pallet jack. The unit operates with a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor and has a standard rating of 12 DPH. Finished with a premium powder coat paint in green, all products are shipped fully assembled and ready-to-use, proudly made in the U.S.A. Accessory options include side guards, sold separately.
