Valley Craft's Box Dumper (230V, 36 x 36" chute, 6,000 lb. capacity, 60" dump height) is designed to efficiently dump material while minimizing employee fatigue and injury. This robust box dumper is compatible with various containers, including Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons, accommodating sizes up to 36"W x 36"D. It features a spring-loaded hold down bar to secure containers ranging from 30" to 56" in height, adjustable in 2" increments. The side walls and body are made of heavy-duty 7 gauge steel, ensuring durability under rigorous use, and the unit can be bolted directly to the floor for added stability using predrilled mounting holes. Operation is facilitated by a 20' corded hand-held pendant with a magnetic back, which completes the powered dump cycle in under 60 seconds and features a gravity return. Safety decals along the chute enhance operator and bystander protection, and the dual flow hydraulic control valve system guarantees smooth operation while balancing load and strain on the cylinders. Loading containers can be done manually or with a standard pallet jack, and the unit is powered by a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor. With a standard rating of 6 DPH, the Box Dumper is finished with a premium powder coat paint in green and shipped fully assembled, ready to use.
