Valley Craft's® Box Dumper features a 230V, 51 x 48" chute with a 2,000 lb. capacity and a 36" dump height, designed for improved efficiency and reduced employee fatigue or injury. This robust unit accommodates various containers, including Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons, with a chute size that supports containers up to 51"W x 48"D. It includes a spring-loaded hold down bar for securing containers between 30" to 56" in height, adjustable in 2" increments. The side walls and body are made from heavy-duty 7 gauge steel, ensuring durability for rigorous use. The unit can be bolted to the floor using predrilled mounting holes for added safety and stability. Operation is facilitated by a 20' corded hand-held pendant with a magnetic back, which can be mounted on either side of the unit, completing the powered dump cycle in under 30 seconds with gravity return capability. Enhanced safety is provided through added decals along the chute, and the ability to stop and start the unit at any point during the dump process. The premium single flow hydraulic control valve system guarantees smooth operation while balancing load and strain on the cylinders for longevity. Loading containers can be accomplished manually or via a standard pallet jack, powered by a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor with a standard rating of 12 DPH. Finished with a premium powder coat paint in green, all products are shipped fully assembled and ready-to-use, proudly made in the U.S.A. Accessory options include side guards, sold separately.
