Valley Craft's® box dumper, featuring a 230V power supply, has a chute measuring 51 x 48 inches and a capacity of 6,000 lbs, with a dump height of 72 inches, making it an efficient solution for material dumping that mitigates employee fatigue and injury. This robust box dumper is compatible with various containers, including Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons, and is designed with a spring-loaded hold-down bar for securing containers ranging from 30 to 56 inches in height, adjustable in 2-inch increments. Built from heavy-duty 7 gauge steel for durability, it can be bolted to the floor using predrilled mounting holes for added stability. The unit is operated via a 20-foot corded pendant with a magnetic back, which completes the powered dump cycle in less than 60 seconds with gravity return functionality, and allows operation to be stopped and started at any point during the dump process. Enhanced safety is provided by decals along the chute, and the premium dual flow hydraulic control valve system ensures smooth operation while extending the lifespan of the machine. The chute is elevated 12 inches off the ground for easy loading with a forklift or other means. The box dumper is powered by a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor with a standard rating of 6 DPH. All units are shipped fully assembled, ready for use, and feature a premium powder coat paint finish in green. Accessory options include side guards, which are sold separately.
