Valley Craft's® box dumper (230V, 36 x 36" chute, 2,000 lb. capacity, 60" dump height) is engineered for efficient material dumping while minimizing employee fatigue and risk of injury. This robust box dumper accommodates a variety of containers, including Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons, with a chute sizing of up to 36"W x 36"D. It features a spring-loaded hold-down bar for securing containers ranging from 30" to 56" in height, adjustable in 2" increments. With a dump height of 60" and a significant load capacity of 2,000 lbs, it is built with heavy-duty 7 gauge steel for durability under rigorous use. The unit can be bolted directly to the floor via predrilled mounting holes for enhanced safety and stability. Operation is facilitated by a 20' corded hand-held pendant with a magnetic back, which can be easily installed on either side of the unit, completing the powered dump cycle in under 30 seconds with a gravity return function. The premium single flow hydraulic control valve system ensures smooth operation by balancing load and strain on the cylinders, thus extending the unit's longevity. Loading containers can be done manually or with a standard pallet jack, and the unit is powered by a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor with a standard rating of 12 DPH. The box dumper features a premium powder coat paint finish in green and is shipped fully assembled, ready to use, and made in the U.S.A.
