Valley Craft's® Box Dumper (230V) features a 51 x 48" chute designed to handle containers up to 51"W x 48"D with a 2,000 lb. capacity and a dump height of 60". It is compatible with various containers such as Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons. The unit includes a spring-loaded hold down bar that secures containers ranging in height from 30" to 56", adjustable in 2" increments. Constructed with heavy-duty 7 gauge steel, the box dumper ensures durability for rigorous use and can be bolted directly to the floor using predrilled mounting holes for added safety. Operation is facilitated by a hand-held corded pendant with a 20' pigtailed cord and a magnetic back, capable of completing the powered dump cycle in less than 30 seconds with a gravity return feature. The design allows stopping and starting at any point during the dump process. The hydraulic control valve system maintains smooth operation while balancing load strain on the cylinders. The unit utilizes a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor with a standard rating of 12 DPH, and its premium powder coat paint finish in green adds to its longevity. All products are shipped fully assembled and ready-to-use, made in the U.S.A., with optional side guards available for additional safety.
