Valley Craft's® box dumper (230V, 36 x 36" chute, 2,000 lb. capacity, 72" dump height) is designed for efficient material dumping while minimizing employee fatigue or injury. This box dumper accommodates containers up to 36"W x 36"D and includes a spring-loaded hold down bar to secure containers ranging from 30" to 56" in height, adjustable in 2" increments. Constructed from heavy-duty 7 gauge steel, it features predrilled mounting holes for bolting directly to the floor, enhancing safety and stability. Operation is facilitated via a hand-held corded pendant with a 20' pigtailed cord and magnetic back, which completes the powered dump cycle in less than 30 seconds and allows operators to stop and start the unit at any point during the dump process. The hydraulic control valve system ensures smooth operation and load balancing, extending the lifespan of the unit. It operates with a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor and has a standard rating of 12 DPH. The box dumper is finished with a premium powder coat in green and is shipped fully assembled and ready to use. Accessory options include side guards, which are sold separately.
