Valley Craft's® Box Dumper features a 230V operation with a 51 x 48" chute capable of handling containers up to 2,000 lbs and a dump height of 72". This durable box dumper is designed to accommodate various containers such as Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons. The chute is equipped with a spring-loaded hold down bar that adjusts to heights ranging from 30" to 56" in 2" increments. Constructed from heavy-duty 7 gauge steel, it is built for rigorous use and can be bolted directly to the floor via predrilled mounting holes for added safety and stability. The unit is operated through a 20' pigtailed corded pendant with a magnetic back, allowing users to complete the powered dump cycle in under 30 seconds with gravity return functionality. Safety decals along the chute enhance operator and bystander protection, and the unit allows for stopping and starting at any point during the dump process. The single flow hydraulic control valve system ensures smooth operation while balancing the load and extending the unit's longevity. Loading is straightforward, whether done manually or with a pallet jack. It operates on a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor with a standard rating of 12 DPH. This box dumper is finished with a premium powder coat paint in green, is shipped fully assembled and ready to use, and is manufactured in the U.S.A.
