Valley Craft's® Box Dumper is a robust and efficient material dumping solution that features a 230V power supply, a 36 x 36" chute, and a 4,000 lb. capacity, with a dump height of 36". This unit is designed to accommodate various containers, including Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons, with a chute sized for containers up to 36"W x 36"D. It includes a spring-loaded hold down bar that secures containers between 30" to 56" in height, adjustable in 2" increments. The dumper is constructed from heavy-duty 7 gauge steel, ensuring durability for rigorous use, and comes with predrilled mounting holes for bolting directly to the floor, enhancing stability and safety. Operation is facilitated through a hand-held corded pendant, which features a 20' pigtailed cord and magnetic back, allowing easy installation on either side of the unit. The pendant completes the powered dump cycle in less than 60 seconds and includes a gravity return. Safety decals along the chute enhance operator awareness, and the premium dual flow hydraulic control valve system promotes smooth operation and longevity by balancing load and strain on the cylinders. Loading containers can be done manually or with a standard pallet jack. The unit operates on a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor with a standard rating of 6 DPH. Finished with a premium powder coat paint in green, all products are shipped fully assembled and made in the U.S.A. Accessory options include side guards, which are sold separately.
