Valley Craft's® Box Dumper (230V, 36 x 36" chute, 4,000 lb. capacity, 48" dump height) is engineered for efficient material dumping while minimizing employee fatigue and injury. This unit accommodates a variety of Gaylords, crates, tubs, cartons, and other containers, with a chute designed for containers up to 36"W x 36"D. It features a spring-loaded hold down bar for secure containment of heights ranging from 30" to 56", adjustable in 2" increments. Constructed from heavy-duty 7 gauge steel, it is capable of withstanding rigorous use and can be bolted directly to the floor via predrilled mounting holes for added safety. The operation is facilitated by a hand-held corded pendant with a magnetic back (20' pigtailed), which completes the powered dump cycle in less than 60 seconds and includes a gravity return function. Safety decals on the chute provide additional awareness for operators and bystanders, allowing for stop-and-start capability at any point during the dump process. The dual flow hydraulic control valve system ensures smooth operation and balances load strain on the cylinders, enhancing longevity. The unit requires a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor and has a standard rating of 6 DPH. With a premium powder coat paint finish in green, this fully assembled product is made in the U.S.A.
