Valley Craft's® Box Dumper (230V, 51 x 48" chute, 4,000 lb. capacity, 48" dump height) is engineered for efficient material dumping, effectively reducing employee fatigue and injuries. It accommodates various containers, including Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons, thanks to its chute size of 51"W x 48"D. The unit features a spring-loaded hold down bar for securing containers between 30" to 56" in height, adjustable in 2" increments. The heavy-duty 7 gauge steel construction ensures durability under rigorous use, and predrilled mounting holes allow for direct bolting to the floor for added stability. The device is operated via a handheld corded pendant (20' pigtailed) with a magnetic back, and the pendant holder can be installed on either side of the unit. The powered dump cycle completes in under 60 seconds and includes a gravity return function. Safety decals along the chute enhance operator and bystander awareness, allowing for stop-start control during the dump process. The dual flow hydraulic control valve system provides smooth operation while balancing load strain on the cylinders for added longevity. The unit utilizes a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor with a standard rating of 6 DPH. Designed to minimize manual bending and loading, this Box Dumper is finished with a premium powder coat in green, ensuring it is built to last. All products are shipped fully assembled and ready to use, and they are made in the U.S.A. Accessory options include side guards, which are sold separately.
