Valley Craft's® Box Dumper is a robust solution designed for efficient material dumping, featuring a 230V operation with a 4,000 lb. capacity and a dump height of 60 inches. The unit accommodates containers up to 36"W x 36"D, including Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons, with an adjustable spring-loaded hold down bar that secures containers ranging from 30" to 56" in height, adjustable in 2" increments. Constructed from heavy-duty 7 gauge steel, the Box Dumper is built to endure rigorous use, and it can be bolted directly to the floor using predrilled mounting holes for added safety and stability. The operation is facilitated through a hand-held corded pendant with a 20-foot pigtail and a magnetic back, allowing control over the dumping process, which completes in less than 60 seconds with gravity return functionality. The dual flow hydraulic control valve system ensures smooth operation while balancing load strain on the cylinders for enhanced durability. Loading is straightforward, whether manually or with a standard pallet jack. The unit is powered by a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor, with a standard rating of 6 DPH. Finished with premium powder coat paint in green and shipped fully assembled, the Box Dumper is made in the U.S.A., with optional side guards available separately.
