Valley Craft's Box Dumper (230V, 51 x 48" chute, 4,000 lb. capacity, 60" dump height) is an efficient solution for dumping material, designed to minimize employee fatigue and injury. This box dumper accommodates a variety of containers, including Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons, with a chute dimension of 51"W x 48"D. It features a spring-loaded hold down bar that secures containers ranging from 30" to 56" in height (adjustable in 2" increments). The unit has a dump height of 60" and a load capacity of 4,000 lbs, constructed from heavy-duty 7 gauge steel to withstand rigorous use. The box dumper can be bolted directly to the floor using predrilled mounting holes for added safety and stability. Operation is facilitated by a convenient hand-held corded pendant with a 20' pigtail and magnetic back, allowing the powered dump cycle to complete in less than 60 seconds with gravity return. Safety decals along the chute provide additional awareness for operators and bystanders, and the unit can be stopped and started at any point during the dump process. The premium dual flow hydraulic control valve system ensures smooth operation while balancing the load and strain on the cylinders, enhancing longevity. Loading containers can be done manually or with a standard pallet jack. The unit operates on a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor, with a standard rating of 6 DPH.
