Valley Craft's® Box Dumper (230V, 51 x 48" chute, 4,000 lb. capacity, 72" dump height) is engineered to efficiently dump materials while minimizing employee fatigue or injury. The box dumper is compatible with various Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons, with the chute accommodating containers up to 51"W x 48"D. It features a spring-loaded hold down bar for securing containers ranging from 30" to 56" in height, adjustable in 2" increments. The unit's robust construction includes heavy-duty 7 gauge steel side walls and body, designed for rigorous use, and it can be anchored to the floor using predrilled mounting holes for added safety and stability. Operation is facilitated by a 20' corded hand-held pendant with a magnetic back, completing the powered dump cycle in less than 60 seconds and featuring gravity return. Safety decals along the chute enhance awareness for operators and bystanders, and users can stop and start the unit at any point during the dump process. The dual flow hydraulic control valve system provides smooth operation while balancing load and strain on the cylinders, extending the unit's lifespan. Loading is simplified with the chute elevated 12" above the ground, and the unit operates on a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor with a standard rating of 6 DPH. The box dumper is finished with a premium powder coat paint in green, is shipped fully assembled, ready-to-use, and made in the U.S.A.
