Valley Craft's® box dumper features a 230V power supply, a 36 x 36" chute, a 6,000 lb. capacity, and a dump height of 36". This durable unit is designed to accommodate a variety of containers including Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons, with the chute able to secure containers up to 36"W x 36"D. It includes a spring-loaded hold down bar adjustable for containers ranging from 30" to 56" in height in 2" increments. Constructed with heavy-duty 7 gauge steel, it offers exceptional durability for rigorous use and can be bolted directly to the floor via predrilled mounting holes for added stability. Operation is facilitated through a hand-held corded pendant with a 20' pigtail and magnetic back, which completes the dump cycle in less than 60 seconds and features a gravity return. Safety measures include added decals for operator and bystander awareness and the ability to stop and start the unit at any point in the dump process. The dual flow hydraulic control valve system enhances operational smoothness while balancing load strain on the cylinders, promoting longevity. It is powered by a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor with a standard rating of 6 DPH. The premium powder coat finish in green ensures durability, and all products are shipped fully assembled and ready-to-use, proudly made in the U.S.A.
