Valley Craft's® Box Dumper operates at 230V and features a 36 x 36" chute with a 6,000 lb. capacity and a 48" dump height, making it an ideal solution for efficiently dumping materials while minimizing employee fatigue or injury. Designed to support a variety of containers, including Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons, the chute accommodates containers up to 36"W x 36"D. It comes with a spring-loaded hold down bar that secures containers ranging from 30" to 56" in height, adjustable in 2" increments. The robust construction includes heavy-duty 7 gauge steel for durability. The unit can be bolted to the floor with predrilled mounting holes for added safety and stability. Operation is simplified using a hand-held corded pendant (20' pigtailed) with a magnetic back, which enables a complete dump cycle in less than 60 seconds and features a gravity return. Safety decals enhance operator and bystander awareness, while the dual flow hydraulic control valve system ensures smooth operation and load balancing, promoting longevity. The box dumper is powered by a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor with a standard rating of 6 DPH. The design reduces the need for manual bending and loading, and the unit is finished with a premium powder coat paint in green.
