It features a single piece of strong webbing running the full length of the unit, encapsulating head and foot end pulling straps, alongside body and leg straps for patients of varying heights. The design allows patients to be securely enveloped by side wings, which can be fastened with webbing and buckles, facilitating safe transport via head and foot pull straps.
