Valley Craft's® Box Dumper (230V) features a chute dimension of 51 x 48 inches, a load capacity of 6,000 lbs, and a dump height of 36 inches, providing an efficient solution for dumping material while minimizing employee fatigue or injury. This premium box dumper is compatible with a variety of containers including Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons, with a chute accommodating containers up to 51"W x 48"D. It includes a spring-loaded hold down bar that securely holds containers ranging from 30" to 56" in height, adjustable in 2" increments. The unit's side walls and body are constructed of heavy-duty 7 gauge steel, ensuring durability for rigorous use. Pre-drilled mounting holes allow for bolting the unit directly to the floor for added safety and stability. Operation is facilitated by a hand-held corded pendant (20' pigtailed) with a magnetic back, which completes the powered dump cycle in under 60 seconds and includes a gravity return feature. The integrated dual flow hydraulic control valve system promotes smooth operation while balancing load and strain on the cylinders. Manual loading or loading with a standard pallet jack is straightforward. The box dumper operates on a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor with a standard rating of 6 dumps per hour. Designed to reduce manual bending and loading, it features a premium powder coat paint finish in green and is shipped fully assembled, ready for use, made in the U.S.A.
